Event Coordinators
Each Event Coordinator is expected to produce various performances/events for the College Community. Event Coordinators work with agencies nationwide to hire quality entertainers at affordable rates. They promote the event through marketing and advertising plans and handle all day-of-performance details.
Director
The administrative function of the Director is to provide the central thrust of the organization, pulling the programming board and members together to insure that quality programs are presented to the college community. This person presides over all of the weekly meetings, is available for the routine and spontaneous needs of the CUB members, and assures that the organizational goals and objectives are met.
Director Of Finance
The Director of Finance is responsible for the CUB budget and acts as a liaison between the Programming Board and the Student Finance Board. This person supervises all expenditures, receipts, and cash flow for the entire organization.
Graphic Artist
The Graphic Artist is responsible for promoting and coordinating advertising techniques for CUB performances/events. The Graphic Artist creates designs for CUB Corner through The Signal, flyers and table tents to keep the campus community aware of the wide range of activities provided by CUB.
RAT Co-Chairs
The RAT Co-Chairs share the duties of providing entertainment for the Rat. They work with a RAT Committee to hire music entertainment for Tuesday and Friday shows. The RAT Committee meets Monday evenings 9pm in the CUB office in addition to regular weekly meetings.
Webmaster
The Webmaster works closely with the graphic artist to promote events and the organization. The Webmaster is in charge of all web aspects of the organization. The Webmaster keeps the web site up to date and puts events in to This Week at TCNJ newsletter.
