Cub Rat is proud to present two of Brooklyn’s finest bands on September 17th, from 5-8 in the Rathskeller. Black Taxi’s soulful rock and roll has been described as “innovative and irresistable,” while the funk grooves of the 11-piece Turkuaz will have everybody moving.

Dance on Stage with Girl Talk!

Are you a good dancer? Do you want to show off your moves on the main stage with Girl Talk at the Spring Music Mash-up?

Then put on your dancing shoes and join CUB this Tuesday in the BSC Atrium for our Girl Talk Dance Contest!

There will be several prizes including most creative dancer, most energetic dancer, and more! Each winner will receive a pair of wrist bands to dance on stage with Girl Talk on Thursday at the show. You might even find your perfect dance partner while you’re competing!

Can’t make it at lunch time? If you buy a ticket between 11 and 2pm you can be entered into a drawing for wrist bands too!

Spring Music Mash-up!

For the first time, CUB’s annual spring concert is a Music Mash-up Festival featuring mash-up DJ Girl Talk, Matt & Kim, and Asher Roth! There will also be performance

s from the winner of our Battle of the Bands and a surprise cover band! Tickets sold out in a just a few hours last year, so make sure you get there early and secure your spot for the biggest event of the year!

When: 4/29/10, Doors open at 7:15pm, Show starts at 8:30pm

Where: Rec Center

Tickets: Ticket go on sale on Wednesday, April 7 at 10am for students ($10) and on Wednesday, April 14 at 10am for Faculty and Staff ($15). Two tickets per TCNJ ID. No ID required for admittance into the show.
